With a background as a veteran Registered Nurse, Kortney has spent her career in telemetry nursing and now serves as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, where she helps bring new life into the world. Her extensive experience in healthcare gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the industry, positioning her to help TSM expand its impact in healthcare talent solutions.
Beyond managing financial operations, Kortney’s passion for supporting healthcare professionals and her strategic mindset drive TSM’s efforts to meet the growing demand for top-tier talent. Lamont Lankford, MBA
Director of Business Operations
Lamont is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in recruiting and operations, bringing exceptional strategic insight and dedication to his role as Director of Business Operations at TSM Consulting LLC. Currently serving as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Indiana Army National Guard, Lamont’s career exemplifies leadership, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.

This accolade highlights his unparalleled ability to connect with people, build relationships, and deliver exceptional results. Ray Osorio Opry
Brand Strategist
Ray is a skilled professional specializing in brand management and crisis communication, with a unique blend of creative and strategic expertise. With a foundation in Digital Multimedia Design from Penn State and Emergency Management from North Dakota State University, Ray brings a fresh perspective to developing innovative solutions that drive results.
With experience as a combat medic and CBRN/PAO officer in the National Guard, Ray excels under pressure, adapting to dynamic challenges while maintaining a clear focus on achieving goals. Early in his career, he launched impactful recruitment campaigns for the National Guard and designed educational materials for Children’s Mercy – Kansas City, setting the foundation for his commitment to excellence in communication and storytelling.
Now collaborating with TSM and leading his own creative ventures, Ray is passionate about helping organizations craft compelling narratives and build meaningful connections with their audiences.
