Founded on military precision and corporate expertise, TSM Consulting was built from real-world experience. Before entering the private sector, I served as a Recruiting and Retention Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. military, earning the Expert Recruiting Badge and mastering mission-driven hiring. Later, while leading talent acquisition for a Fortune 10 organization, I saw how process could empower or overwhelm people. That insight inspired a new mission to rebuild how companies think about talent from the inside out.
